Features of the Infinity system

NAV: Managing Incoming Invoices
NAV’s new add-on allows us to display invoices issued to us within Infinity. From now on, the system can convert invoices retrieved from the NAV into supplier invoices, meaning they no longer need to be entered manually. A further advantage of this feature is that we can check invoices issued to us in real time and then manage them.

Digital document management, HR function
This module has been developed to manage the entire recruitment process electronically. The process begins with the electronic collection of employee data, continues with the e-signing of the employment contract, and concludes with the generation of payroll data and the management of attendance records.

Interest on late payment and flat-rate recovery costs
Infinity allows for the management of late payment interest and flat-rate debt recovery costs. The system has been designed in accordance with EU standards.

Credit and Loan Management
Management of corporate loans and credits in accordance with current legislation, including interest calculation and cash flow planning.

Creating a product group
For products, it is also possible to create bundles comprising several products, and these bundles will appear in the online shop via the UNAS connector.

Infinity enables full product integration and communication with the online shop via the UNAS interface. A UNAS subscription is required for this feature

Credit limit
It is possible to manage partners’ credit limits.

Certificate of Completion
Issuing a certificate of completion, followed by generating an invoice from it and sending it by email. This new feature makes it possible to implement the entire invoicing and certification process electronically.

Recurring invoice
Automatic invoicing, which allows you to schedule invoices due each month, week or year in advance. The system issues the invoices on the set due date and then sends them to partners by email, together with any attachments. This ensures that nothing is left unbilled.

IT Worksheet
An e-worksheet developed for IT companies, which you can complete and sign on a tablet and then invoice and send by email straight away.
The structure of the Infinity system
A customisable home page appears when users log in to the system, where the company manager and staff can view an information dashboard tailored to their respective access rights.
The Office module contains the system’s main functions required for day-to-day use. Among other things, it includes:

The finance module provides an overview of the company’s cash flows; this is where loans are recorded, and it is also from here that the receivables management process is initiated.

This module provides support for a business’s warehouse and stock management. Key features:

The core function of the module is the storage and archiving of documents within the system or uploaded to it. Within this function, document approval protocols can be created, whereby documents generated by the system can only be recorded or sent with managerial approval, based on a specific set of criteria. The module also includes an electronic version of the register, which allows the paper-based processes previously in use to be modelled digitally.
Quotations and order processing
The system enables the management of customer orders via supplier orders, as well as the creation of quotations and invoices based on these. The system also allows these documents to be linked to the CRM module.
The HR module is used to register employees and create attendance records. Employees must record their arrival and departure times every day; they can request leave and also upload their sick notes. These documents can be reviewed by the line manager, who may then decide to reject or approve them.

Here you can create an invoice or generate a receipt. The system supports several invoicing methods and complies with Hungarian, German, United Arab Emirates and Irish tax regulations, amongst others.
Infinity manages delivery notes and uses them to generate invoices, whether for one-off or recurring transactions, and also supports the electronic dispatch of these documents.
The module enables event tracking. Every CRM event can be linked to an order, a quotation or an invoice, thereby allowing a complete sales process to be built around it.
Products handed over for servicing can be recorded in the module. A worksheet is linked to each product, and the repair stages can also be recorded. It can be used to manage both in-house and off-site servicing. Parameters can be expanded and defined as required. The module allows for the management of work orders.

To make full use of this function, the vehicle requires a special module which transmits the coordinates to the system at regular intervals. The system displays the transmitted coordinates visually and makes them available for import into an Excel file.

The reporting module can be flexibly configured and expanded as required. Reports can be retrieved in XLS and PDF formats; furthermore, to make it easier to manage reports used on a daily basis, they are also available via a ‘preview’ function, without the need to download them.
